- Proven experience in B2B sales.
- Strong sales negotiation and communication skills in Mandarin language.
- Proficiency in CRM software managing customer data.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, startups, and MNCs to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with an average sales cycle of 7 to 14 days.
- Utilize CRM to manage and track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
- Monthly commission payout.
