We go by the philosophy : Inspired by Nature, Brought to life by Science. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare and possess a strong background in ecommerce operations, especially platforms such as Shopify, Tik Tok, Shopee and Lazada. They will play a pivotal role in optimizing our online platform, driving sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, drive traffic to the website, and enhance customer engagement. 1.Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce website, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and performance. 2.Product Management: Coordinate with the product development team to ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management. 3.Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC advertising. 4.Customer Experience: Monitor customer feedback and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in the online shopping experience. 5.Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and optimize performance. 6.Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and other ecommerce platforms to expand our reach and drive sales. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in ecommerce operations, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry. Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Tik Tok, Lazada) , website management, and digital marketing strategies. Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends and technologies.
