- End to end campaigns planning & execution by mastering a test and learn approach.
- Taking lead of onsite operation and communication to ensure campaigns are executed timely and accurately.
- Driving business growth for our brand partners by collaborating with brand partnership and category teams.
- Partnering marketing and/or retail team to maximize support for campaign and omnichannel initiative execution.
- Being responsible of daily, weekly, and/or monthly reporting and to support the Manager, E-Commerce in data analysis and forecasting.
- Supporting SEA e-commerce project rollouts and other local initiatives.
- Supporting the last mile processes (end to end Operations, Fulfilment & Customer Service) to ensure the success of order processing, on-time delivery and returns.
- You have a minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in campaign management, performance marketing, CRM and/or data analytics. Exposure in e-commerce business is highly preferred.
- You have a university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Analytics is preferred.
- You are strong in project management and planning skills, with the ability to execute in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- You are an excellent communicator with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders across the business.
