Position SummaryWe’re looking for a Senior Analyst – Customer Support (Workflow) to join our team supporting clients in Mainland China and Taiwan. In this role, you’ll provide expert support for LSEG’s suite of applications and products, ensuring a flawless and high-quality experience for our customers.Role ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be the go-to person for resolving customer issues, collaborating across teams, and continuously improving our service delivery. Your day-to-day will include:Providing responsive, high-quality support to customers in Mainland China and Taiwan.Logging and classifying all customer interactions accurately in our systems.Tracking issue resolution and proactively updating customers until closure.Bringing up sophisticated or widespread issues to the appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution.Identifying recurring problems or outdated processes and recommending improvements.Supporting communication during major service disruptions.Tackling additional responsibilities or projects that improve team performance.Qualifications and Experience RequiredGood communication skills in English and Mandarin.A customer-first attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work optimally across teams and time zones.A collaborative, adaptable, and detailed work style.You’ll be part of an international team that plays a meaningful role in ensuring our customers get the most value from our products.
