- Liaise with new joiners to ensure timely submission of all required Onboarding documents.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Department Secretary, IT, and hiring managers, to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience including arranging induction sessions.
- Assist in the application, and renewal, of work permits for employees in Sabah and Sarawak.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work permits, including expiry dates, renewal timelines, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in tracking and following up on the status of applications to ensure timely approvals and avoid delays in employment start dates.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding work permit requirements, application procedures, and compliance matters.
- Assist in coordinating pre-offer checks, including medical check-ups and background screenings.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related course.
