- Diploma in a technical field, with experience as a Technical Customer Consultant, IT Support, or Help Desk
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support
- Familiarity with social media advertising, digital marketing, and tools such as Pixel, MS Office, and email systems
- Experience with API/SDK integration is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Contact customers via phone, chat, and email after scheduled appointments
- Support customers with the integration of their website, store, or account
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot integration challenges
- Identify opportunities to optimize performance and advise on process improvements
- Guide customers step-by-step to implement the Conversions API, including:
- Direct Integration
- Integration as a Platform (CAPI Gateway, CAPI Partners, CAPI for Tag Manager)
- Monitor customer progress and track success through consistent follow-ups
