MohonKelayakanWe are looking for a Technical Specialist to support customers in integrating their website, store, or account, and assist in resolving technical challenges. You will work closely with clients to enhance content and performance, provide step-by-step integration guidance, and ensure continuous improvement through monitoring.Requirements

Diploma in a technical field, with experience as a Technical Customer Consultant, IT Support, or Help Desk
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support
Familiarity with social media advertising, digital marketing, and tools such as Pixel, MS Office, and email systems
Experience with API/SDK integration is highly preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation

Tanggungjawab

Contact customers via phone, chat, and email after scheduled appointments
Support customers with the integration of their website, store, or account
Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot integration challenges
Identify opportunities to optimize performance and advise on process improvements
Guide customers step-by-step to implement the Conversions API, including:

Direct Integration
Integration as a Platform (CAPI Gateway, CAPI Partners, CAPI for Tag Manager)
Monitor customer progress and track success through consistent follow-ups
