Job description: Bring in new customers while retaining the existing ones. You will act as the key point of contact for our customers. Negotiate terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers. Manage day-to-day relationship with retailers and distributors and incentive programs. Respond to retailers and distributors in a timely manner. Create proposals, conduct product presentations to prospective customers, negotiate listing, and finalise listing deals. Maximize merchandising and shelf presence, securing secondary display as required. Ensure collections and ageing are up to date. Gather market and consumer insights to identify consumer needs, share feedback to R&D team on improvements and latest trends to include in forthcoming product developments and work out relevant promotions with Marketing. Prepare sales reports with critical targets, trends, and highlights on a monthly basis, and analysing data to improve sales approach across the funnel. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products, at home and abroad. Job Requirement: Minimum Certificates/Diploma or bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Customer Relationship Management, Communications, Business Administration or any other related field. The equivalent of this in working experience is also acceptable for this position. At least 3 years' experience in Sales & Marketing roles in the General Trade or Modern Trade channels. At least 2 years' working exposure in the FMCG industry. Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Good knowledge of General Trade or Modern Trade channel, ways of working and how to impact is much preferred. Show more Show less
