Job Summary: The Head of Talent Development & Mobility will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of group wide talent development strategies across Hong Leong Group. This role will also oversee internal mobility (local and global), succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to build a strong and agile talent pipeline. Partnering closely with business units and HR counterparts, the incumbent will ensure alignment with the Group's long-term strategic workforce and talent agenda. Key Responsibilities: Talent Development & Learning Design and drive group-wide talent development frameworks, including high potential programs, leadership acceleration, and future skills development. Design and deliver Group-level trainings aligned with Hong Leong Group's core values Oversee assessment and development centres to support succession planning and role readiness. Collaborate with HRBPs and L&D teams across operating companies to align development efforts and maintain consistency in leadership capability building. Monitor and report on effectiveness of talent interventions through data and analytics. Succession Planning & Talent Reviews Lead annual Group Talent Review and succession planning exercises across business units. Provide advisory support to senior management on leadership bench strength and talent gaps. Drive calibration of talent ratings and career pathways across key roles and job families. Mobility (Global & Local) Establish frameworks and policies for internal mobility across the Group, covering both local redeployment and international assignments. Manage workforce planning by promoting cross entity mobility to address critical talent needs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field 8-12 years of progressive experience in talent development, with exposure to mobility and succession planning.
