Job Responsibility Assist in accounts payable process, including bills verification with creditors and servicing department, posting data entries, and perform document filing. Processing batch payments through online banking and cheque twice in a month and posting of data entries. Assist in processing and posting data entries for staff expense claims such as making sure proper bills/receipts are attached and approved by their superior before payment. Assist in compiling and posting data entries for management expense claims and business credit cards office expenses before payment. Update and reconcile creditors accounts to statement of accounts. Send reminders to servicing department to chase payments from customers, collect cheques and customers payment vouchers/advice and update receivables payments. Perform admin office work such as answering phone calls, receiving documents/parcels for office, attending to vendors repair and maintenance in office, filing of accounting documents. Perform Ad hoc assignments as may be required by superior or management. Job Requirements Minimum education: LCCI, Diploma or bachelor s degree in accounting/finance. Minimum 6-months internship or relevant work experience in bookkeeping Familiar with using Microsoft Excel & Word applications and any accounting software. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Must be willing to work in the office at Petaling Jaya. One (1) Full-Time position available. Job Benifits 5 Working days Bonus based on overall company performance
