- Manage and monitor daily cash inflow and outflow.
- Monitor cash flow transactions and update daily cash flow positions of group companies.
- Optimize cash outflow by ensuring all payments are made following agreed credit terms.
- Managing group intercompany fund transfers and intercompany borrowing/loans.
- Monitor bank loans, especially relating to interest and loan-related payments/processes.
- Engaging with various operating subsidiaries/associate companies' management along with tax, legal and financial advisors to determine fund requirements and derive optimal capital structures.
- Preparing and/or reviewing proposals/board papers on treasury-related matters.
- Prepare cash payment forecasts to ensure sufficient cash for payment release and provide timely and accurate management information.
- Facilitate all company's bank accounts including new account opening, closing, and changing signatories.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. ACCA/CPA/CFA is an added advantage.
- Local Malaysian with a minimum of 2 years experience in Finance/Cash Management/Treasury.
- Possess a high level of integrity, meticulous, analytical and work well under pressure.
