- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Comfortable working with and around all dog and cat breeds.
- Schedule and manage grooming and boarding appointments.
- Confirm, reschedule, and coordinate daily bookings.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process.
- Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person.
- Deliver excellent and timely customer service.
- Send reminders to clients regarding upcoming appointments.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process for boarding pets.
- Inspect dogs and cats for external parasites or tangles upon arrival.
- Gather information from owners regarding pets' feeding instructions and behavior.
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist clients in completing consent forms and registration details.
- Update and maintain the client database accurately.
- Educate clients on policies, procedures, and available services.
- Handle client payments and ensure timely deposit collections.
- Coordinate with groomers and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Confidently handle dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes.
- Provide daily updates to clients regarding their pets' well-being, including photos and videos via WhatsApp.
