- Maintain a tidy and organized Front of house (FOH)
- Greet visitors and employees professionally and assist their queries and requests.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Notify the visitor's host upon the visitor's arrivals and ensure they are escorted to their destination.
- Maintain visitor logs.
- Assist in generating attendance reporting.
- Responsible for opening mailboxes promptly and distributing them at the mailroom.
- Receive all hand-delivered couriers and registered mail, and ensure recipients are notified promptly.
- Arrange and account for local and internal couriers, based on business needs.
- Keep track and monitor Lost & Found
- Housekeeping of FOH meeting rooms by ensuring sufficient markers and flipcharts and a clean whiteboard
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Fresh Graduates may be considered as well
- Must have excellent communication in English (speaking and writing)
