Job Description Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source, screen, and select qualified candidates for a range of roles and industries Build and nurture a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and social media engagement Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, skills testing, and background checks Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand their requirements and successfully match candidates to open positions Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Track and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and success rates Mentor and support more junior members of the recruitment team Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within a recruitment agency or similar high-volume environment Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Retail/Merchandising/Consumer Electronics/ FMCG background or related field is advantageous for this position Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and candidates Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences A demonstrated track record of sourcing, assessing, and selecting high-quality candidates A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure A collaborative mindset and a desire to share knowledge and support your team Proactive in resolving issues, think out of the box, have a positive working attitude, ability to work independently, a strong sense of urgency, results-oriented, and resourceful.
