  • Identify and explore new sales opportunities, develop potential accounts, and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
  • Maintain awareness of food industry trends to meet demand as a consultant
  • Collaboration requires no travel; client communication can be done via phone or internet, with orders managed in SAP
  • Participate in phased training covering foreign trade knowledge, industry trends, and AI updates, while providing continuous AI tool upgrades and tutorial support to empower client development.
ManfaatTraining Details & Service Fee Plans1. Training period
  • Duration: 1 month
Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM (including a total of 1.5 hours for breakfast and lunch)Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (including a total of 1.5 hours for breakfast and lunch)
  • Format: Online sessions covering product knowledge, sales skills, and software training
  • Service Fees: 4000 Malaysian Ringgit (including training subsidy of 3700 Malaysian Ringgit + subsidy of 300 Malaysian Ringgit)
2.Upon passing the training assessment, the following benefits will become available:1)Service Fee StructureEarnings will be calculated under a fair and transparent compensation framework based on two core metrics:●Monthly performance/conversion results●Service quality performanceIncome will grow progressively through the accumulation of client resources, increased order values, and utilization of new client opportunities provided by the company.2)Initial Support Program (Up to MYR 5,500/month)●To ensure a smooth business launch, guaranteed earnings will be offered during the initial phase as follows: MYR 3,200/month will be provided for maintaining at least 240 minutes of daily client communication and completing all required follow-ups (Monday-Saturday, subject to approval).●An additional MYR 2,300/month will be granted for successfully onboarding at least five qualified new clients per month.This short-term program is designed to support rapid development of a solid client base and a smooth transition into an independent business model.3)Long-Term Growth ProspectsSustainable growth will be achieved by nurturing client relationships and increasing order values.
