Ensure all team members meet KPIs, statutory/client deadlines, and follow internal SOPs.
Provide adequate support to the team for all accounting requirements.
Train and mentor team members to enhance both technical and people management skills.
Ensure clients receive timely and accurate accounting information and support.
Act as the first point of contact for client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements to maintain high service standards.
Identify inefficiencies in accounting processes and propose workflow improvements.
Stay updated with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance.

Tasks (Day-to-Day Duties)

Supervise and guide the accounting team to deliver work in line with company quality standards.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for professional growth.
Collaborate with the Accounting Manager and Assistant Managers to design and implement training programs aligned with team and industry needs.
Understand client needs and streamline workflows to deliver more client-centric service.
Serve as the first tier in resolving accounting-related issues with clients.
Ensure the team continuously develops both technical expertise and soft skills for career progression.

Who you are:⭐ Candidates should either have a degree/diploma in accountancy (ACCA/ISCA certificate a plus).⭐ 3-6 years of experience in an outsourcing firm will be an added advantage (1-2 years experience in managing people).⭐ Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.⭐ A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.⭐ Excellent verbal/written communication skills.⭐ Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others.⭐ Independent in managing own workload, ability to work under pressure and
