We&aposre hiring HR Executive! MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Maintain and update human resources system that meets with top management information needs. Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure compliance to policies, procedures and other government rules and regulations. Keep analytical records and administer employee benefit such as insurance coverage and claim, recruitment and advertisement, and personal details. Plan and conduct orientation for new employee ensure understanding of company rules and regulation, company mission and related term and condition. Coordinate for recruitment, interview and hiring. Plan open interview with related education institution to recruit fresh students and promote PCMB group as desired working place. Explain to employees on fringe benefits and ensure all employees know and received their benefits entitlement on time. Lead Pentamaster Activities Committee (PAC) and organize activities for all employee's participation. Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and HR programs. Responsible for administer, update and maintain record of HR system database such as HRMS, EFS, and LMS and others. Administer all training conducted and ensure record of Training in TMS and all training successfully claim from HRD Corp or government grant. Responsible for update and maintain company organization chart. Assist in administrating the safety and health requirements.
