ResponsibilitiesHR Cum Admin Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Recruitment of OBC:
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Coordinate induction, orientation, and training programs.
  • Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
  • Monitor performance appraisal processes and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Administration Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness of the workplace.
  • Support facilities management, AMC contracts, and asset tracking.
