As a Systems Ops Analyst, you will have responsibility for delivering new enabling capabilities, developing and delivering solutions, resolving support issues and maintaining, managing and optimizing the overall performance and availability of the infrastructure. Whilst technology-delivery is core to our role, so too is the appreciation of how we enable the business and service availability.Working as part of an experienced team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining infrastructure services and contributing to the infrastructure improvement programme. You will be working closely with Security, Networking, Development and Endpoint Operations teams.What you will be doing:Providing Support of IT Infrastructure – Windows Systems & Applications.Ensuring adherence to group security and compliance policies.Researching problems and issues, gather information from a range of physical and informational sources, review defects on platform or assembly in order to gain a complete understanding of the problem and all relevant circumstances.Manage or work as part of a team in Infrastructure improvement projects.Assist in creating Backup\Disaster Recovery implementations and operationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:EssentialInstall, configure, administer, maintain & support Microsoft Windows Server Operating systems (all versions)Experience with a variety of IT administration & management frameworks.Experience in Active Directory & PowershellDNS, DHCP, VLANsMS 365 Administration and Azure ADMicrosoft Exchange (hybrid) and SQLMicrosoft Endpoint Configuration Manager /TaniumHyper-V and VMware including ESXi installation, configuration and managementBackup and Recovery – VeeamLinux advantageousDesirableAdministration skills for Cloud platforms.Knowledge of HPE hardware including servers, storage and storage fabricWhat could set you apart:5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.3+ years of specialized/industry experienceBachelor’s degree preferred.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in an international environment.Capable of handling multiple priorities in fast paced surroundings.Ability to cope with occasional pressure.Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).Flexible approach to work with the ability to pro-actively take the initiative and work independently with little supervision, and also to be part of a collaborative team where ideas & skills are shared.Ability to acquire new skills quickly and learn on the job.Ability to assess the impact of making changes on existing environments.Very strong attention to detail.Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.Positive attitude#LI-AP1 #LI-HYBRIDAbout EpicorAt Epicor, we’re truly a team.
