- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop people strategies that support business growth and workforce planning.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration to maintain competitiveness and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Support managers in employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and drafting formal documentation such as warning letters.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysia employment laws and HR best practices, including handling terminations, notice periods, EPF changes, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather insights and partner with employees on career aspirations beyond compensation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably with exposure to a Shared Services environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, with hands-on experience managing employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Strong business acumen with a proven ability to translate business strategies into effective people strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and organizational levels.
