Your new role Implement and enforce QAQC procedures across project sites, ensuring adherence to company standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Drive QLASSIC compliance and scoring by coordinating inspections, audits, and continuous improvements to meet high-quality benchmarks. Lead quality inspections with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors, addressing non-conformance issues and ensuring timely rectification. Review and improve quality documentation, method statements, and checklists, in alignment with project requirements. Support training and awareness programs for site teams and stakeholders to foster a strong quality culture and understanding of QLASSIC standards. What you&aposll need to succeed Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with strong exposure to high-rise or large-scale building projects. Proven track record in QAQC management, particularly with main contractors in Malaysia. In-depth knowledge of QLASSIC standards, with hands-on experience in driving and achieving high QLASSIC scores. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills to manage quality teams, contractors, and consultants effectively.
