- At least 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) with the ability to use IT as a working language.
- Candidates with experience in Taiwanese, Chinese, or Hong Kong-owned companies will be given preference and may be offered a higher salary.
- Internal Operations Support : Assist the General Manager of the Malaysia branch in internal company operations; support daily management tasks, including schedule coordination, meeting organization, process tracking, document management, and distribution. Ensure smooth execution of internal workflows, including but not limited to administration, human resources, finance, and procurement.
- Project Coordination : Coordinate cross-department projects between Anmei China and the Malaysia team to ensure project objectives are achieved. Track project progress and provide timely updates to the General Manager.
- GM Office Operations & Task Management : Oversee operations coordination and manage tasks for the GM office.
- Headquarters Liaison : Assist with raw materials and procurement coordination, as well as customs clearance for imported materials.
- Support Business Negotiations in Malaysia : Provide consecutive interpretation during business meetings and events; act as on-site interpreter for external communications.
- Document & Translation Management : Responsible for translating company documents and standards, drafting and replying to business correspondence, and ensuring high translation quality.
- Team Building & HR Support : Assist with recruitment and overall human resources management.
