Responsibilities Implement FlexHR Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Employee Self-Service (ESS), and Human Resource Strategy System (HRSS) modules. Participate in all stages of FlexHR application implementation, including hands-on tasks such as installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Configure the system based on requirements gathered from customers, ensuring alignment with agreed expectations. Validate, migrate, and verify data as part of data migration tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for both train-the-trainer and end-users to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Facilitate user acceptance tests (UAT) and parallel runs, working closely with customers to validate functionality and provide assistance as needed. Provide customer support during parallel runs to ensure seamless synchronization of outcomes. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery. Continuously self-improve by staying updated on the latest system releases and market trends. Skills and Qualifications Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited college or university. Fresh graduates with relevant academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Minimum 1 year of related working experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL is an added advantage. Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle. Excellent time management skills and the ability to monitor technology effectively. Ability to coordinate project activities with diverse groups and individuals. Willingness to travel and possession of own transport. Willing to relocate if necessary. Proficiency in SQL.
