Role Overview We are seeking a committed Project Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee HRIS/HCM project execution for clients across Malaysia, ensuring smooth implementation, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction. This role involves managing multiple projects across diverse cultures and time zones, requiring excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of MiHCM solutions for clients across Malaysia. Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations. Act as the main point of contact for clients , ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams (consultants, developers, and support) to deliver successful outcomes. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Provide regular updates and reports to both clients and internal leadership. Ensure timely, transparent communication and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3+ years of project management experience , preferably in SaaS or enterprise software implementation. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience in client-facing roles. Ability to manage multi-country projects and work across diverse cultures and time zones. Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum ) and/or a Master's degree are a plus. Strong understanding of HRIS/HCM solutions is highly desirable.
