Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin & Tamil is a plus)
  • Diploma/Bachelor in Business Admin and related fields
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Must have knowledge of excel, powerpoint and publishers and operation of office
  • Must have own transportation
Responsibilities
  • Seeking professional, proactive and hardworking multi-taskers who can build good rapport with other team members and clients to administer the general administrative duties in a therapy center for children and their families.
  • Must be able to work independently in a multitasking and child friendly environment in handling the front desk of the center.
  • Must be proactive, systematic and orderly in handling scheduling of appointments and answering inquiries via phone, messages and emails and filing system.
  • Must handle transactions of payments of sales and expenses accurately.
  • Must be able to follow instructions accurately and be willing to provide ideas to improve service.
  • Must be well versed, fluent and courteous in spoken and written English and Malay.
  • Must handle opening and closing of center.
  • Must be versatile to do some monthly tasks outside of center.
  • Having own transport is a plus.
  • Must have basic knowledge of bookkeeping and analysis of expenditures for inputting data.
  • Will work directly with the director.
