Min. 3 years' experience in employee support, HR policies, benefits, payroll & HRIS.
Proficient in Workday HCM or similar HRIS.
Strong English & Cantonese (C1+); other languages a plus.

Tanggungjawab

Provide employee support via phone, email, or chat on pay, leave, time off, and benefits.
Manage cases using Workday HCM and ServiceNow with accuracy and confidentiality.
Resolve moderately complex issues through critical thinking.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
