  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline; fresh graduates welcome.
  • Minimum 6 months customer support experience preferred.
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Strong interest in technology and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.
  • Willing to work on rotational shift basis.
  • Can relocate to George Town area.
Responsibilities
  • Provide support on orders, deliveries, payments, product pre-orders, and technical issues.
  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone, chat, and other channels.
  • Troubleshoot smart devices, PCs, tablets, and mobile OS issues.
  • Accurately record customer interactions in internal systems.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
  • Collaborate with team members and share best practices.
