Executive (Conveyancing & Leasing (KLCC))

• Plan, coordinate and execute the drafting of various agreements in respect of retail tenancies and leases involving Suria KLCC, Alamanda, Mesra Mall, Menara 3, Menara Dayabumi, Menara Exxonmobil, Lot 91 and Lot 185 made on behalf of the organization to safeguard company's interest.

• Plan and coordinate the drafting of the sale and purchase agreements for Rantau Homes and The Binjai on the Park.

• Plan and conduct necessary title searches, submission of the application for State Authority consent, perfection of registration of transfer and lease, etc.

• Negotiate by nurturing trust, foster productive working relationship with counter parties and stakeholders to provide solutions , navigate conflicts and achieve mutual agreements.

• Coordinate the interfacing activities in litigation matters in respect of retail/office tenancies and leases and liaise with the customer to ensure the interest of the Company is protected.

• Plan, coordinate and implement the legal framework and systems to ensure compliance of relevant policies introduced by Petronas for adoption and use.

• Provision of general legal support and advice on all relevant car park operations and intellectual property.
