Job Responsibility Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote services. Qualify leads, explain service offerings, and set appointments for meetings. Follow up on inquiries, build rapport with prospects, and maintain a client database Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales call quotas and closing targets. Work closely with the Sales Executive team to ensure smooth client conversion. Maintain accurate call logs and client records using CRM tools. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Requirements Job Requirements Experience in telemarketing or telesales preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
