- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.
- Present product information, pricing, and benefits to potential customers persuasively.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales in the system.
- Handle objections and concerns effectively to secure sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness and sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call volume, customer satisfaction scores, and sales quotas, as outlined by management.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and high energy level.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in the industry related to the products/services being offered is a plus.
