Manage the delivery of a Global Payroll Strategy project in the assigned countries with a particular focus on centralizing, streamlining, and simplifying processes and technology in the region​. Responsible for the day-to-day oversight and delivery activities, ensuring that all workstreams are aligned to deliver the project scope and aligned to the overall project delivery plan.Liaison point between project and Global Payroll Strategy Program with responsibility for reporting and escalating issues and exceptions.Establishes and maintains the project governance to ensure adequate oversight of progress.Key Responsibilities:Define and manage changes to the project delivery scope.Development and maintenance of the overall project plan; work with workstream leads to ensure robustness of project plans and the identification and management of delivery dependencies.Establishing and running the project team and Steering Committee governanceManaging project risks and issues, ensuring robust mitigating plans are in place and monitored, escalating as necessary.Reporting progress and exceptions to the program governance meetingsManage the project resources in project team. This includes delivery from external stakeholder such as vendors, IT and local colleagues​In cooperation with Regional CCM&T SME and support from Global Program team lead communication and change management to all key stakeholders and to project steering committee​Stakeholder management: Identify and ensure there are plans to manage and engage with other local delivery teams (e.g., Finance, benefits, tax and treasury)Work closely with Finance partners and other related functions on project planning & forecasting as neededWhy you?Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience of managing complex projects across multiple geographical locations.
  • Experience of working on HR Transformation projects (preferably including Payroll and/or Payroll Technology changes)​.
  • Experience of managing third-party vendors.
  • Expert communications, including in-person and virtual meeting facilitation​.
  • Proficient with MS Office – MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint in particular​.
  • Ability to influence cross geography teams and achieve cross divisional alignment​.
  • Able to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity​.
  • Able to effectively work in a highly matrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots across.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification ​(or an equivalent).
  • Knowledge and experience in applying key HR and human capital concepts in prior projects.
