  • Build comprehensive investor portals where shareholders can track portfolio performance, access company financials, and receive regular updates

  • Create transfer and settlement systems that ensure accurate record-keeping for all ownership changes
Corporate Actions & Registry Services
  • Engineer automated corporate action workflows including dividend distributions, rights issues, share splits, bonus issues, and employee stock option exercises
  • Maintain digital share registries with accurate ownership records, transaction histories, and compliance documentation
  • Develop compliance tools that ensure all processes meet Securities Commission Malaysia requirements and company law obligations

  • 3-5 years of product management experience with preference for fintech, capital markets, or investor relations platforms
  • Understanding of equity structures including share ownership, corporate actions, and transfer mechanisms
  • Experience with multi-stakeholder platforms serving both companies and individual users
  • Strong analytical and workflow design skills for complex business processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management with ability to balance competing user needs
  • Technical collaboration skills for working with engineering teams on data-intensive applications
