- Consulting Support: Assist in planning and monitoring projects, ensuring solutions stay within scope and budget.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with teams to design and implement solutions that address business challenges and improve efficiency.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Business Process Improvement: Evaluate current processes and systems, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Elicit and document business and functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business units and IT, supporting project managers and communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and project coordination/management.
- Strong skills in data analysis and database management.
- Proven ability to produce process documentation and reports.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) is an advantage.
- Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and project delivery support.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Strong technical writing skills.
