This role is pivotal in ensuring that translated content meets quality, regulatory, and brand standards across global markets. You’ll work closely with the Localisation Project Manager to manage translation workflows and deliverables.🎯 Key Responsibilities🗣️ Translation CoordinationCoordinate assigned translation projects or specific phases (planning, preparation, translation, verification, finalisation).Prepare comprehensive translation packages including reference materials, instructions, and briefs.Liaise with language service providers and regional reviewers to ensure high-quality translations.Perform quality assurance checks and proofing tasks to ensure compliance with standards.Coordinate documentation in controlled systems with appropriate version control.Report on project status and resolve queries with internal and external stakeholders.📦 Project CoordinationCommunicate with content owners and developers, project and product managers, and supply chain teams.Coordinate quotes and invoices for translation projects.Ensure regulatory compliance by working with global and regional regulatory specialists.Build strong relationships with global localisation teams to share best practices and linguistic assets.Support additional team coordination tasks as needed.🔧 Process ImprovementContribute to the design and implementation of process improvements and control mechanisms.Participate in post-project reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.Provide input on tools and systems to enhance project coordination efficiency.👥 Team RoleIndividual contributor role with responsibilities for quality assurance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement.
