About the job Commercial Lead (Enterprise Solutions)Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, solution alignment, proposal development, and commercial negotiation.
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to design and present enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues to help achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts for management reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B or enterprise solution sales, preferably in IT / Technology / Services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with enterprise solutions such as digital platforms, managed services, or cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong consultative selling approach, with the ability to engage clients at multiple levels.
