- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, solution alignment, proposal development, and commercial negotiation.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to design and present enterprise-grade solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues to help achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts for management reporting.
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B or enterprise solution sales, preferably in IT / Technology / Services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with enterprise solutions such as digital platforms, managed services, or cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong consultative selling approach, with the ability to engage clients at multiple levels.
