Talent Acquisition (Main Focus): Handle full-cycle recruitment - from writing job ads to interviewing and making offers. Plan ahead for hiring needs and come up with smart recruitment strategies. Work closely with managers to understand team needs. HR Planning & Business Support: Support workforce planning - e.g., how many people we'll need, and when. Help with budgeting: once finance approves headcount, you'll help plan how to hire within budget. Think ahead: what resources will we need if the company grows Admin & HR Ops: Handle day-to-day HR admin work - employee records, letters, onboarding, etc. Make sure our HR processes are neat, simple, and effective. Culture & Team Support: Be someone the team can go to - approachable and reliable. Help create a good work environment where people can grow. What We're Looking For: At least 3-5 years of HR experience, especially in recruitment (end-to-end). Someone who's hands-on, detail-oriented, and not afraid to get into admin work. Has a bit of business sense - understands how finance, planning, and HR connect. Great at communicating and working with different teams. Keen to grow into a bigger HR or leadership role in the future.
