Why does this job exist and why is it critical Location: Menara Maxis Job Type: Internship Internship Period: Up to 6 months starting mid-September Role Overview Join our dynamic Performance Management Team as a Performance Management Intern and gain hands-on experience in supporting key performance initiatives across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to develop critical skills in event coordination, stakeholder management, and performance process optimization while contributing to impactful projects. Key Responsibilities Performance Event Coordination: Assist in planning, preparing, and executing performance management events, including creating communication materials and coordinating logistics for smooth and successful launches. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders to manage performance improvement cases, ensuring thorough tracking, timely follow-ups, and case reviews as part of the Centre of Excellence. Administrative Support: Handle data entry, documentation, and reporting tasks to support the performance management team's daily operations. System Maintenance: Update and maintain performance management systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Documentation and Reporting: Develop clear and consistent documentation to support performance processes and initiatives. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on best practices in performance management, providing insights and recommendations to improve existing processes. Preferred And Desirable Skills Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Familiarity with performance management concepts and processes is an advantage.
