We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented People Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless navigation through policies, benefits, payroll, and HR systems. If you thrive on solving moderately complex inquiries, have a passion for helping others, and bring strong HRIS knowledge, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities & Impact: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for employees, providing support via phone, email, or chat. Address and resolve inquiries related to pay, time away, leave, and benefits with accuracy and confidentiality. Leverage your expertise in Workday HCM and ServiceNow case management tools to manage employee support cases effectively. Utilize critical thinking to analyze and resolve moderately complex and sensitive issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while assisting employees. Skills & Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin & English. Minimum of 1 year experience in employee support with a solid understanding of company policies, benefits, payroll, and HRIS. Basic Knowledge of Human Resources.
