- Own the growth of the SEO channel - work with the Website & Organic Growth Lead to execute the delivery of the SEO strategy including onsite, technical and offsite factors.
- Conduct regular audits of our websites in order to diagnose technical SEO issues and find solutions to improve rankings, traffic and lead conversions.
- Coordinate and execute the implementation of SEO recommendations, managing and liaising with freelancers and suppliers to make site changes and improvements.
- Create new systems and processes to automate SEO tasks and projects including audits, keyword research, site crawls, backlink acquisition and their implementation plans.
- Write and optimise content for SEO, including using AI tools to help generate content ideas.
- Work with our content and brand team to brainstorm new content ideas, conduct keyword research, produce content briefs and optimise content for SEO.
- Create new landing pages that are SEO optimised and work with design and CRO to ensure best UX/UI/conversion principles are followed.
- Coordinate backlink outreach including prospecting and building relationships with content editors to reclaim lost and build new links, as well as managing and editing incoming guest posts.
- Ideally you have 2-3 years experience in SEO, content marketing or related professional environment but we will consider recent grads with strong interest in SEO.
- A creative problem solver and critical thinker, with great attention to detail.
- Proactive and takes initiative when solving problems and finding new solutions.
- Thinks outside the box, and enjoys finding ways to make processes more efficient, through automation.
- A very strong communicator, who is not afraid to communicate with stakeholders in order to come up with the best solution.
- Used to (or not afraid of) working in a fast-paced environment. We like to be efficient and move fast with projects.
- You have strong analytical skills and copywriting skills - ideally 70% analytical and 30% creative/writing skills.
- Comfortable and confident explaining your ideas, taking briefs, and participating in brainstorming sessions.
- Able to work independently and to agreed deadlines.
- Feeling confident deep-diving into the data and taking a data-driven approach to decisions.
- Must enjoy writing, editing and optimising content.
- Data literate and comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Webflow, Wordpress, AI writing tools, SGE, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio, Ahrefs or SEMRush.
- Agency or SaaS/marketplace experience is highly valued.
