As our Digital Content Specialist (SEA), you play a key role in delivering our digital first customer experience. Working closely with Product, CX, Sales, and Marketing teams, your focus is on creating clear and tailored digital content that empowers customers to get the most value from products and services.You are the delivery arm of our strategy to create digital first solutions that help our customers adopt, use and gain the most value from Employment Hero, ensuring our customers have the support, information and education they need, every time. This role will be offered as an initial 12 month fixed term contract. The role is part of a team who uses data and insights to understand why our customers need support and education so that we can proactively build content solutions that anticipate and resolve those needs. You will collaborate cross functionally across our regions and be part of a team that includes our Community Manager, Content Team Leads and the Head of Digital Engagement. As a team, we work together seamlessly to achieve our shared goal of creating world class digital customer experiences. We are seeking an experienced and autonomous individual who will create, deliver and manage a pipeline of product and technical content which both optimises existing content and brings new products, features and services to market. As the preferred role holder, you will be accustomed to working closely with customer facing teams to understand the drivers of customer contact and be capable of using data and insights to guide how you prioritise your workload. By doing so, our customers can have their service needs met digitally across their lifecycle. You will work with our Product teams to ensure our customers maximise their product and platform value by creating new product and feature content that is clear, compelling, and tailored to the audience's needs, providing our customers with a self service choice for how they want to experience support, success and training. You have an adept ability to understand product complexities, technical information and most of all the Customer. Your knowledge of best in class content frameworks together with a proficiency in collaboration tools and systems, will allow you to succeed in this role. As a Digital Content Specialist you'll be responsible for; Multimedia Digital Delivery: Craft, deliver, and regularly update technically accurate, engaging video content using tools like Vimeo and Canva, ensuring alignment with brand and content guidelines. Analyse viewer engagement metrics to refine strategies and optimise content for various platforms. Content Creation for Diverse Audiences: Develop, deliver and publish written content tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity, engagement, and understanding of nuances like payroll and HR. Incorporate SEO best practices in writing and collaborate across the team to continuously find and implement ways to improve our content search results. Regularly update written content to maintain its relevance. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in CSS, HTML, and WYSIWYG editor and stay updated with technological advancements for content relevance. Implement responsive design principles, troubleshoot display issues, and collaborate across the team for content performance optimisation. Adhere to and collaborate with across the team to continuously improve our style guide, accessibility and quality standards. Take vested interest the performance of the team's published content and make adjustments as necessary to improve customer engagement and satisfaction Collaboration and Support Systems: Utilise collaboration tools like Asana, Slack, ZenDesk, SalesForce and coordinate as required cross functionally for content alignment. Foster internal collaborations, attend team meetings and share your progress with stakeholders. Seek continuous feedback and participate in brainstorming sessions for content innovation. Attend workshops or webinars to enhance proficiency and stay informed about content-related technology updates. Problem Solving and Time Management: Exhibit problem-solving skills, address content challenges promptly, and set content creation goals. Prioritise tasks effectively and allocate specific times for various content-related activities. Use time management tools and regularly refine personal workflow for maximum efficiency. What will you bring: Proven track record in multimedia digital content creation and delivery and publication. Experience in writing customer centred, product instructional content for diverse audiences with varying technical knowledge. Technical expertise in CSS, HTML, and other relevant technologies. Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Asana, Slack, ZenDesk, SalesForce and more. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise tasks. Proven track record of using data to develop insights on how to optimise content performance. Familiarity with payroll and HR concepts is an advantage. Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment is an advantage. Ability to understand customer needs, step into their shoes, seek feedback and apply learnings to your daily work.
