Responsibilities:Manage and adjust cleaner schedules using Launch27 and WhatsAppCommunicate with clients to confirm appointments, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer serviceAnswer calls via JustCallPrepare and send quote estimates using the L27 systemFollow up with clients on pending quotes or revisionsCoordinate any changes or adjustments to the schedule in real timeCommunicate job details, updates, and changes to cleaners through WhatsAppLiaise with clients regarding job timing, availability, and special requirementsMaintain accurate records of schedules, client preferences, and cleaner assignmentsAny ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisorRequirements:1 year experience in customer service (preferably in scheduling residential cleaning industry)Must be able to speak fluently in EnglishMust be able to work night shiftHighly organized and detailed-orientedExperience as cleaner is added advantageStrong communication skills with a client-focused approachAbility to handle urgent tasks efficiently and adapt to dynamic workflowsIndependent and able to work with minimal supervisionPrevious experience in the cleaning or related industry is a plus.Experience in managing social media content and utilise Canva for editing will be an advantageJoined 5 years agoHR ConsultingRM3,000 / mo.
