- Develop long term relationships with all designated media buying agencies & clients directly.
- Collaborate with and learn from the expertise group of quick-witted, humorous, and extremely dedicated coworkers, clients and technology partners who are all passionate about digital media, programmatic and adtech.
- Educate yourself fully on programmatic media with audience data, technologies, trends, benchmarks and other useful knowledge on the programmatic landscape so you are equipped to act as WPP Media Solutions 's point of contract for the WPP Media agencies.
- Reach out to and established connections with all agency contracts active in branding and performance advertising.
- Take full control of the end-to-end process for existing digital media opportunities, briefs, proposals, campaigns and reports.
- Proactively build, qualify, and manage a pipeline of business opportunities.
- Use consultative sales skillset & process to identify business needs we can address within the clients.
- Respond to and follow up on brief received both internally as externally with partners and orchestrate the inputs from the strategy, creative and technical teams to develop innovative solutions for clients.
- Assist the agencies as needed to develop their own programmatic media branding and performance advertising plans.
- Define a phased development plan for growth/success with respect to our biggest clients.
- Ensure a high level of service has taken place from the KL office to our clients, which can be justified via campaign metrics etc.
- To demonstrate WPP Media Solutions offer are the best-in-class programmatic branding and performance solution for our agencies and clients. This would be resulting in a marked increase in the percentage of programmatic spending within overall digital billings, and you would have a clear roadmap to increase this billing substantially again over the following 12 months.
- Develop business opportunities, maintain a pipeline of prospects and close the deals.
- Develop and execute against agency & client business plans.
- Evangelize WPP Media Solutions and values and act as a programmatic media planning expert.
- Supervise the sales administration process to ensure adherence to best practice and see that all service levels are exceeded.
- Ensure your client base have updated information including sales collateral and information on new products.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor products for competitor comparison or analysis.
- Develop and implement 12 monthly Business Plans for designated Agencies & Clients.

- Bachelor's degree majoring in marketing or media preferred.
- Proven successful engagement, business development, sales, and planning skills.
- Experience in understanding a commercial business.
- 3-5 yrs years of experience in Customer service, sales, or account management areas, from agency or publisher in particular.
- Proven commercial experience in online advertising sales related industry
