As our new Dash Marketing, Assistant Manager you will have the opportunity to…
- Manage high level planning and low level execution for two core products (Buddy Driver and Dash)
- Improve customer acquisition and retention through offline and online channels (social media, partnerships etc.)
- Define brand direction and story based on market demands and customer use cases
- Create content for social media pages such as Facebook, Instagram and Youtube as well as new and emerging platforms
- Curate marketing copies to excite and engage the community using Facebook, Instagram and our blog
- Collaborate with other creative team members to design attractive offline content and promotional materials
- Be responsible to oversee CRM Platforms to ensure it's performance utilizing multiple communication channels ranging from email, push notifications etc
- Craft blog content based on industry leading topics and identify new topics based on customer needs
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
- Develop visuals and content to increase brand awareness on ad platforms such as Google and Facebook

- Familiar in app engagement campaigns using EDM, In-App Messaging, Push Notifications and other similar channels
- Active on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook, and familiar with publishing content on these platforms
