- Monitor and review all incoming requests from the shared inbox as well as direct from customer and through client platforms.
- Review customer requirements including technical and commercial specifications and documents.
- Calculate pricing and discounts utilizing approved processes.
- Provide budget quotes as required.
- Manage client TAR lists and provide detailed pricing sheets for all recommended spares.
- Work with freight forwarders for calculating accurate freight estimations.
- Coordinate with and receive approval from the appropriate GOA when products are outside of the standard range or when GOA levels dictate.
- Provide solutions or offer alternatives to the customer inquiries to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and send quotations on time that exceed the customers expectations.
- Work closely with the outside sales representatives to follow up quotations to secure orders.
- Provide support as required to outside sales representatives and PSD manager.
- Work with and monitor all hub quote activities ensuring that their work is reviewed prior to submitting to clients.
- Perform purchase order contract review and clean handoff to order management team.
- Support with contracts, legal reviews, CIDB requirements, LSPs, auditing
- Purchasing support, TAR/project planning & support, visa/WP coordination, tracking utilisation, monitoring hours
- Cultivate friendly, personal relationships with key customers, learning their needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, field sales personnel, and others regarding product support, inquiries and other related activities.
- Handling other commercial quotation, commercial and tendering support related activities as they arise.
- Attending formal VILT/ILT and self-guided training as required.
- Adhere and contribute to all SLB QHSE programs and systems
- Equivalent of Advanced Technical Degree (Diploma or Bachelor's level) in Engineering, Oil and Gas Production, Business or similar relevant qualifications
- 5+ Years with tendering, sales support, product specialist, or similar roles, ideally with Cameron or SLB, or similar companies
- Experience dealing with manufacturing plants preferred
- Experience working in team environments in person and remotely
- Knowledge of and experience with valve and actuation products
- Excellent English knowledge (verbal and written)
- Proficient in the primary Microsoft Office programs
- International Passport is mandatory as well as a clean criminal record
