Heres what awaits you at Alpha Iota!What would you be doing:Create engaging content in Mandarin Chinese and English for social media, websites, and online platforms.Manage and update social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc).Monitor campaign performance using tools such as TikTok Creative Dashboard and Facebook Creator Studio.Assist with design tasks using AI tools or similar tools for digital materials.Conduct market research and competitor analysis.Work closely with the team to brainstorm marketing ideas and strategies.To be successful in this role, you will need to have:Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.1 year of experience in digital marketing or content ideation is a plus.Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) and English.Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, paid ads, etc.) is a plus.Familiar with Chinese social media platforms is a plus (e.g., XiaoHongShu and Douyin).Good writing skills and creativity in content creation.Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a team player.
