Manage assembly & test subcons performance. - Raw material management. - Wip management. - On time delivery & cycle time3. Manage subcon monthly forecast commited allocation & negotiation. - Follow up monthly subcon forecast commit respond within timeline given. - Negotiate sufficient subcon capacity allocation to meet BU forecast revenue ship plan. Escalate for help when require. - Monitor actual loading & forecast attainment.QualificationsBachelor Degree in any discipline.This is junior position. 1-2 years of experience in supply chain planning experience with semiconductor manufacturing background.Be able to work & communicate well with OSATs .Be able to work independently with less supervision.Be agile in respond to change in timely manner.Recognize the situation, make decision & act with velocity.
