- Setting, modifying and monitoring SAP material master data to adapt business needs
- Communicating the demand forecast with KAM, Manufacturing, purchasing and drive the material preparation via accurate MRP data; and trigger the material release to supplier
- Customer orders confirmation according to material readiness and production capacity plan
- Long/short-term Production planning and material availability checking and expediting
- Long/short-term production capacity (Man/Machine) analysis with production team to drive the capacity resource planning
- Daily Production order creation/Release in SAP and print to drive the production execution to stock to ensure the customer order fulfilment
- Coordinate daily production meeting with related functions (Manufacturing, QA, Eng. CSR, Purchasing), to review the production schedule, actual output vs plan, also review the issues occurred during the work for short- and long-term solution, as well to bring potential risk……
- Customer order rescheduling in & rescheduling out to adapt the demand changes
- Ensure all planning KPIs are reported and are on track
- Drive for the continuous improvement of the inventory level to minimize the excess and obsolete exposure
- Work closely with Engineering to manage ECO releases for demand planning and material disposition
- Work in product transfer and/or new project introduction
- Bachelor degree with technical background or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive material & production planner mandatory for multinational company in Electronic, Mechanical, Semiconductor industry or equivalent.
- Customer portal management experience strongly preferred
- SAP experience
- MS Office well known, preferably Excel supper user level
- Methodical thinking and working
