1. Channel Strategy & Execution Take lead in developing and implementing regional channel development strategies focused on APAC market. Establish and manage a strong network of distributors, resellers, and value-added partners (VARs). 2. Partner Development & Sales Achievement Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners for cybersecurity products and other products. Provide training, tools, and support to partners to ensure full understanding of product value propositions and competitive advantages. Drive channel partners to meet or exceed sales targets; monitor sales pipeline and deal progress. Co-develop annual sales and marketing plans with partners, including campaigns, webinars, roadshows, and customer engagements. 3. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies; provide feedback to support strategic adjustments in product positioning and sales approach. 4. Internal Collaboration & Project Support Work closely with internal teams (presales, technical support, delivery) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and channel performance reports to headquarters. Performed any ad-hoc tasks. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related fields; Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales within the ICT industry, preferably in cybersecurity or network products; Strong existing network of ICT distributors/resellers in Southeast Asia is a plus; Proven ability in partner acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management; Familiar with indirect sales models including distribution and project-based sales; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Mandarin and English; Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ISC, CEH, or Vendor-Specific Certifications are advantageous; Willingness to travel regionally as required.
