Key Responsibilities: Responsible for managing and growing strategic key accounts such as CelcomDigi, Maxis, redONE and other telco partners. The role involves negotiating dealer pricing, aligning on commercial terms, executing promotion plans, and driving activations through dealer and channel networks. Key Responsibilities: Account Management Build and maintain strong business relationships with telco key accounts and their channel teams. Serve as the primary liaison for daily communication, conflict resolution, and business planning. Dealer Talk / Pricing Discussion Conduct structured dealer engagement sessions to align on, Dealer buy price / cost, Suggested Retail Price (SRP), Profit margin structures, Negotiate and finalize volume-based discounts, rebates, or trade term agreements. Ensure alignment with internal pricing strategies and profitability goals. Promotion & Campaign Planning Develop monthly or quarterly promo mechanics (e.g., top-up cashback, device bundle offers, referral incentives). Work with marketing teams to prepare and roll out channel-facing promotion materials. Review promotion effectiveness and adjust future plans based on data and market response. Sales Tracking & Reporting Analyze sales reports, and prepare updates for internal management and telco partners. Highlight risks and propose corrective action when KPIs are off track. Cross-functional Collaboration Work with product, finance, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure smooth end-to-end execution. Coordinate on new product launches, price updates, or promo rollouts. Requirement Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years experience in key account, dealer, or telco channel sales. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. Familiarity with telco products (prepaid/postpaid SIM, data plans, device bundles). Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools. Able to travel to dealer locations and conduct on-site visits if required.
