Finance Manage accounts (including inter-company transactions and group consolidation), financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and provide insights on variances and trends. Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities. Formulate cash management practices to maximize yields, cost savings and efficiencies. Provide assessment on managing corporate risk management and develop counter action plans. Provide leadership in assessment and evaluation of M&A opportunities and the development of corresponding capital structure plans. Liaise with Auditors, Company Secretaries, Tax Agents, Investors and Bankers. 2. Compliance Study and research on the overseas country tax and companies act, provide real-time advice/guidance on new projects, compliance and regulatory related matters. PROFILE REQUIRED: 1. Passionate individual with high level of integrity, strong desire for success and entrepreneurial spirit. 2. High level of discipline with positive attitude. 3. Strong analytical skills, highly motivated and result-oriented. 4. Strong communication and people skills, ability to articulate and present ideas to key stakeholders. 5. Able to work independently and under pressure. 6. Comfortable with operating in a diverse team. 7. Sound knowledge of local & regional statutory reporting requirements. 8. Experience in crafting M&A Plan, corporate tax plan and business model development to optimize Group level financial bottom lines. 9. Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA will be an added advantage. 10. Working experience in audit firm is preferred for this position, MIA member will be an added advantage. 11. Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin. 12. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing. Show more Show less
